• It does not involve costs, commissions or economic obligations for neither party.

Access to the platform will be progressively enabled, in accordance with the development stages and criteria defined by Buy Latam.

The functionalities, features, operating models and trading conditions may be modified, extended or adjusted before and after the official launch.

Buy Latam reserves the right to:

• Define onboarding steps.

• Limit or discontinue early access
